Such great work from a family-owned small business. Chelsea and Jake helped us last minute with our gutters  when our normal service couldn’t help us. Then, they did an amazing Job a few months later when we wanted our house power washed. They have customers for life in us. Reliable, honest, and on time 100% of the time. From start to finish, I had an excellent experience with High Tide Exteriors. Every person I interacted with was friendly and professional. The person doing the work showed up exactly when expected. When he was done, the gutters looked great, and he even cleaned up all the debris and hauled it away -- all at a reasonable price. I manage a 54 unit apartment complex and handle the maintenance for several others throughout the greater Milwaukee area. I have worked with many contractors over the last 12 years, but the professionalism, knowledge, and customer service that I experienced with High Tide Exteriors is something that stands out and is worth mentioning here. I first called with a large gutter cleaning job and they got back to me in a timely manner and came and did the work not long after. They had no problems with heavy debris from recently installed new roofs on 3 of my buildings and did a spotless job of cleaning up when they were done. I was so impressed with the job they did I asked them to do more work - I had them clean the awnings and concrete patios on several downtown properties. The job they did was spectacular and it was obvious after these jobs that they are willing to go the extra mile to meet our needs.
